How to Create a Win11Circle for IPL 2026

Here is a step-by-step walkthrough for setting up a Circle, inviting your group, and managing the season-long competition through IPL 2026.

Step 1 — Open the Circles Tab

After logging into Win11Circle, tap the Circles icon in the bottom navigation bar. If you have not joined or created a Circle before, you will see a prompt to create your first one.

Step 2 — Create Your Circle

Tap Create Circle and fill in the details:

Circle Name: Choose something recognizable for your group — your office name, friend group nickname, or cricket club name. This name appears on the leaderboard your members will see.

Privacy Setting:

  • *Private*: Only people with your invite code or link can join. Best for friend groups or colleague leagues.
  • *Public*: Anyone can find and join your Circle up to 50 members. Better for building a larger community around a shared interest.
  • Description: Optional but useful. A short description helps members understand the Circle's purpose — for example: "Office fantasy league — CSK fans welcome, friendly competition."

    Tap Create to confirm.

    Step 3 — Invite Members

After creation, Win11Circle generates an invite link and a 6-character invite code. Share either:

  • Via WhatsApp/Telegram: Copy the invite link and send it to your group chat. Anyone who taps it will be directed to install Win11Circle (if needed) and join your Circle automatically.
  • Via Code: Share the 6-character code for members who already have the app. They enter it in the Circles tab under "Join a Circle."
  • Your Circle can have up to 50 members. There is no minimum — even a 5-person group works well for season-long competition.

Step 4 — Configure Season League Settings

Once members start joining, open Circle Settings (top-right gear icon in your Circle):

Match Coverage: Select "All IPL 2026 Matches" to track cumulative points across the full season. Alternatively, select specific match windows (group stage only, etc.).

Tiebreaker Rule: If two members have the same cumulative points at the end of the season, the default tiebreaker is highest single-match score. You can change this to most matches played or total captain points.

Notifications: Enable match-day reminders for your Circle members (they receive a notification before each IPL 2026 match's team lock).

Step 5 — Managing Your Circle During IPL 2026

    After Each Match

Once the match ends and teams are finalized, Win11Circle posts the match result to your Circle feed, including each member's team and score. This is the best time to use the Circle chat — reactions, analysis, and light-hearted rivalry are all part of the experience.

    Mid-Season Management

If a member becomes inactive for 3+ consecutive matches, you can remove them from the Circle (admin only) and invite someone else. The season leaderboard automatically adjusts.

    Keeping the Circle Active

The most active Circles tend to have:

  • A consistent chat habit after each match
  • A Circle admin who shares pre-match notes before team lock
  • Occasional match predictions shared before the game (not team selections — those stay private until lock)

  • Running the Circle Across All 74 Matches

IPL 2026 spans approximately 2 months. Sustaining engagement requires light moderation. Suggested practices:

  • Weekly leaderboard share in your main group chat (WhatsApp/Telegram)
  • Mid-season check-in around match 35–40 when standings start to crystallize
  • Semifinal and Final match extra engagement — larger turnout in Circle chat

Win11Circle Circles work best when they feel like a shared fan experience, not just a competition. The fantasy element is more enjoyable when surrounded by cricket discussion and friendly competition.
